We currently ship exclusively within Germany. Other EU countries will follow soon.

 

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

 

Delivery times

Germany: 2–4 working days

Please note: Delivery times may vary on holidays and during periods of high demand.

Standard shipping: 4.90 €

 

Return and exchange policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you have the right to return the item.

 

Return period

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

 

Conditions for return

For a return to be accepted, the item must:

• Be unused and undamaged

• Returned in the original packaging

• Be sent to the return address of Bela Jewelry

 

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

 

Return costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service, as we cannot accept liability for lost or damaged returns.

 

How the return works

1. Please contact our customer service at info@belajewelry.com to register the return.

2. Pack the item carefully in the original packaging.

3. Return the item to the address provided in your return confirmation.

 

After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
