Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, you have the right to return your item.

Return Period

You may return your purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery—no questions asked.

 

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and undamaged

• In its original packaging

• Returned to the Bela Jewelry return address

 

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

How to Return

1. Contact our customer service at info@belajewelry.com to notify us of your return.

2. Carefully repackage your item in its original box.

3. Ship it back to the address provided in your return confirmation email.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
