Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Bela Jewelry via Email (info@belajewelry.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. 

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

 

Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized items (e.g., engraved jewelry), as these are custom-made according to customer specifications and cannot be resold.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that you have returned them—whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this results from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.​
